I'm Maria Ferrary, founder of A Clean Slate, where I acquire and rehabilitate blighted properties using a science-first approach. I integrate environmental assessment and remediation into every phase of development, focusing on mold, heavy metals, PFAS, radiological contaminants, and industrial pollutants that disproportionately harm low-income communities through deteriorating housing. My model pairs environmental science with housing justice.

Ask me about environmental health research, toxic trespass and cumulative exposure science, blight remediation, and affordable housing development.
